Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a credit.  Credits and exchanges can also be done at our retail locations.   Please see the list to find the closest location.   Returns of FINAL SALE, SALE,DRESSES and Masks will not be accepted as they are FINAL SALES.  

Before returning any items contact us through email.  Our trained staff will provide you with a return authorization number.  Which must be noted on the outside of the return parcel you ship to us.  To expedite returns or exchanges and ensure your satisfaction we are unable to accept unauthorized returns.  All returns without a return authorization number will be refused.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, customs and duty charges for returning all items to chelseaclothing.ca.  If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. 

To return an item purchased at chelseaclothing.ca.  Securely pack and seal the return merchandise with purchase invoice including reason for return and ensure shipment in an appropriate shipping box. For tracking your return, we recommend that you take note of the return tracking number from the shipping courier used.  We recommend you purchase shipping insurance when returning all purchases to chelseaclothing.ca, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Accordingly you can bring the merchandise to a location near you.  With all of the above mentioned to exchange or receive a credit.

All merchandise must be in its original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. 

Once your return package has been received by chelseaclothing.ca, your credit will be issued within two to four days. You will be notified via email once the credit has taken place. If you return a purchase made with a combination of a gift card and PayPal, your credit will be issued in the same manner.

If a return is outside the time-frame, or does not meet the return requirements,credit may be refused.  

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at chelseaclothing.ca.
